Oversize Premium exhibit space — $5,000 *

Premium exhibit space — $2,500

End exhibit space — $1,750

Premium lobby exhibit space — $1,500

Standard exhibit space — $1,200

  • Note: electricity is an additional cost

*Only seven oversize premium booth spaces are available. Customize with a double booth, furniture, etc.

Booth set-up and tear-down times

Set Up – 2:00 – 5:00 pm, Sunday, July 15th*

Tear Down – 10:30 – 12 noon on Wednesday, July 18th*

**Please note that exhibits taken down early may not receive priority exhibit space assignment for the following year.

  • C4 conferences are a part of our company's yearly schedule. We feel that you create the best conferences and we make it priority to attend as many as we can each year.
