What is the Waiting List? Does that mean you are sold out?
The Waiting List is just a place to submit your information for exhibiting at the Conference. While we do sell out each year, we wanted to offer potential Exhibitors and Patrons the ability to hold a space in line for our first come, first served exhibit spots. Please see the Link to Exhibit Registration Process for complete details and a timeline for our process.
Being added to the waiting list does not obligate you to purchase exhibit space. The Exhibitors and Patrons from the previous year will be given 45 days to reserve their same spot again. Once we know which spots will be available, we will contact you to see if one would meet your needs.
Please go ahead and make reservations at the hotel as they will sell out early, you can always cancel! It is the Omni Amelia Island Plantation – 904-261-6161 and be sure to mention you are with the CORE Conference to get the discounted room rate.
If you would like to have a presence at the Conference even if you do not chose to exhibit, please consider one of our many marketing or sponsorship options. We have some great values (website banner ads, ads in the onsite program, tote bag inserts any many more!)
